How this entry was audited

REFUTE = a refutation pass, with its date and verdict · WOUNDED = the pass found a flaw and the entry was rewritten · BUDGETED = the pass checked the recycle-and-draw ledger · lens = the hunt that proposed it.

Quote: 'Ashe - Focused is here to save the day. Ashe will banish any problem card from the opposing hand'. Rides the Lux infinite-Energy loop: every piece is replayed from hand through Retreat/Forge recycling, so 'repeat' costs nothing once the engine is up. Source quotes verified by hand through a reader proxy on 2026-09-03 (the page itself blocks fetches). REFUTE 2026-09-03: WOUNDED — Ashe costs 5 Energy + 1 Order Power per cast, so this also needs the verified infinite-Power line. If you hold both battlefields the opponent never Holds and the banished cards never return. BUDGETED 2026-09-04 (docs/phase0/walks/2026-09-04-loop-budget-ledger.md, issue #21). Per card banished: Ashe 5E + 1 Order, Retreat 1E, plus 1E + 1 Mind for the extra draw = 7 Energy + 2 Power, about 25 Energy. It CLOSES. Ashe returns to hand rather than through the deck, so only Retreat needs a recycle slot and a draw, and both pass types leave spare slots - draws are the scarce thing and Renata Mastermind's exhaust-free 'Draw 1' sells them at 1E + 1 Mind. The lock is real while you hold both battlefields, because UNL-169 returns the banished card only 'when they hold'.
