Prerequisites

Bodies no card supplies

Equip both Boneshiver and Skyfall of Areion to the same unit (1 Energy + 1 Body, then 1 Energy + 1 Fury)

Steps

  1. Equip both Boneshiver and Skyfall of Areion to the same unit (1 Energy + 1 Body, then 1 Energy + 1 Fury).
  2. Conquer a battlefield: the Boneshiver's conquer effect channels 1 rune exhausted, as it always did.
  3. Survive the opponent's turn.
  4. Your Beginning Phase Holds it (315.2.b.2). Skyfall has made the Boneshiver's conquer effect a hold effect too, so it fires again: another rune, exhausted.
  5. Repeat every turn the unit holds.

Per iteration

+1 rune channelled exhausted per scoring event instead of per conquer only

How it ends

engine only - one extra rune a turn while the unit holds; the rune arrives exhausted, so it pays next turn

HAND-WALKED 2026-09-06 (docs/phase0/walks/2026-09-06-issue62-table-of-fourteen.md), issue #62 section 2.6. SCOPED DOWN FROM THE OBVIOUS OVERCLAIM: it would be easy to read Skyfall as making the trigger fire twice on a conquer, since the ability is now in both categories. It does not - a Conquer resolves it once. The catalogue already has the shape where a two-category ability IS paid twice, ivern-arena-sentinel-hold under 823.1.b, and it needs Reckoner's Arena to do it. Card text verbatim from data/corpus_flat.txt. Trap check: no [Repeat]; no [Temporary]; no token; no recall; the channelled rune is exhausted, so 167 never comes into it. Depends on no unruled reading.
