Payoff
Deck
- Legend domains are Fury and Body: OGN-249 Relentless Storm (Volibear), whose 'When you play a [Mighty] unit, you may exhaust me to channel 1 rune exhausted' fires off the pumped Vi.
Prerequisites
- THE WIPE IS WHAT MAKES THE CONQUER FREE, AND #58's FINDING IS EXACTLY THIS SHAPE. Stormbringer kills the garrison BEFORE it moves Vi in, so when she arrives there are no opposing units: 323.9 stages no Combat, a Showdown opens instead (323.8, 323.12) and 348.2.a establishes Control with 348.2.a.1 calling it a Conquer. No attack designation, no damage step, no risk.
- VI HAS TO BE IN YOUR BASE WHEN STORMBRINGER IS CAST. 'Choose a friendly unit in your base' - so Confront first, Vi second, pump third, Stormbringer fourth. Move her early and the spell has nothing to choose.
- SHE ARRIVES READY. Stormbringer's 'move your unit there' is an effect move and 420.3.a puts the exhaust cost only on the Standard Move, so she keeps her ready state and can [Ganking] to the second battlefield for a second point (470 caps per battlefield, not per turn).
- THE MIGHT IS THE TRASH AND IT EXPIRES. 'Give me +1 Might this turn' - so the damage Stormbringer throws is however much trash you spend, and 416.3 stops when the trash is empty. 185 rules out spending a token.
- Bill: 2 + 2 + 6 Energy and 3 Power in one turn, which is a full late-game turn and not a curve play.
Steps
- Play Confront (2 Energy): units you play this turn enter ready, and draw 1.
- Play Vi (2 Energy + 1 Power) to your base; Confront makes her enter ready instead of exhausted (143.4).
- Activate 'Recycle 1 from your trash: Give me +1 Might this turn' as often as the trash allows.
- Play Stormbringer (6 Energy + 2 Power) choosing Vi in your base: it deals her whole Might to every enemy unit at a battlefield, then moves her there.
- With the garrison gone there is nothing to fight: a Showdown opens and Control is established (348.2.a), which is a Conquer (348.2.a.1) and Scores.
- She is still ready, so [Ganking] Standard Move to the second battlefield and conquer that too.
Per iteration
one battlefield wiped and two points, for 10 Energy and 3 Power plus one card of trash per point of damage
How it ends
a single very large turn - a wipe plus two points; not a loop

How this entry was audited
REFUTE = a refutation pass, with its date and verdict · WOUNDED = the pass found a flaw and the entry was rewritten · BUDGETED = the pass checked the recycle-and-draw ledger · lens = the hunt that proposed it.
HAND-WALKED 2026-09-06 (docs/phase0/walks/2026-09-06-issue62-table-of-fourteen.md), issue #62 section 2.6. OGN-249 Relentless Storm had no entry. #62's table describes this row as a 'three-card combo, double conquer win'; the source it cites talks about a board WIPE and never mentions two battlefields, so the second conquer is the walk's, and it is legal for a reason the catalogue already established in #58 - a battlefield whose garrison is gone is taken with no Combat and no Attacker designation. The order is the part that is easy to get wrong and it is written into the steps: Stormbringer chooses a unit IN YOUR BASE. Card text verbatim from data/corpus_flat.txt. Trap check: no attack trigger is used, so 383.4.e/461 cannot bite; no [Repeat]; no [Temporary]; no token recycled (185); no recall. Depends on no unruled reading.
