Combo · ENGINE
Endless Riches makes the trash your hand — and a Burn Out recycles that hand back into the deck
Pieces
- Endless Riches ×1
VEN-022 · engine · fury
When you play this, banish your hand and trash, then [Burn 7]. Skip your Draw Phase. You may play cards from your trash. If a card would go to your trash from anywhere other than your Main Deck, banish it instead.
- Blade Twirler ×1
VEN-002 · payoff · fury
The first time I move each turn, choose a player. They [Burn 1]. (They put the top card of their Main Deck into their trash.)
Payoff
Deck
- Any legend with Fury among its two domains (103.1.b.3) — 16 names: Daughter of the Void (OGN-247), Relentless Storm (OGN-249), Loose Cannon (OGN-251), Hand of Noxus (OGN-253), Dark Child - Starter (OGS-017), Mechanized Menace (SFD-181), Purifier (SFD-183), Glorious Executioner (SFD-185), Void Burrower (SFD-187), Virtuoso (UNL-181), Pridestalker (UNL-183), Bloodharbor Ripper (UNL-185), Piltover Enforcer (UNL-187), Rogue Assassin (VEN-139), Butcher of the Sands (VEN-141), Master of Shadows (VEN-143).
- A Main Deck with cards left in it — the whole engine dies to a Burn Out, see the third notable.
- Somewhere for the Blade Twirler to move to and from each turn; 144.2 charges his own exhaust for the Standard Move.
Prerequisites
- IT REPLACES THE HAND WITH THE TRASH, AND THE TRASH IS PUBLIC. 'Banish your hand and trash, then [Burn 7]' costs you everything you were holding and hands you seven cards off the top instead; 'You may play cards from your trash' is what makes them playable and 'Skip your Draw Phase' (315.4) is what stops you rebuilding a real hand. Everything you can play is now visible to the opponent, which is a real cost the card does not print.
- THE BLADE TWIRLER IS THE REFILL AND HE COSTS NOTHING. 'The first time I move each turn, choose a player. They [Burn 1]' — choose yourself and one more card of yours arrives in the playable zone every turn, paid for with a Standard Move you were making anyway (144.2's exhaust). Under any other shell that is self-mill; under Endless Riches it is a draw that dodges the skipped Draw Phase.
- AND A BURN OUT ERASES THE WHOLE THING. 431.1.b handles milling past the deck and 431.2.b then RECYCLES YOUR WHOLE TRASH INTO YOUR MAIN DECK — which under Endless Riches is your hand. Every turn the Twirler burns you one closer to that, so the engine has a clock and the clock is the deck. 194.1.d also gives the opponent a point for it. Count the deck before pointing his trigger at yourself.
- ONE USE PER CARD, BECAUSE THE LAST SENTENCE IS A BANISH. 'If a card would go to your trash from anywhere other than your Main Deck, banish it instead' — so a spell you play from the trash is banished on resolution rather than returning, and a unit that dies is banished. That also erases every [Deathknell] in the deck by removing 808.1.d's condition (the permanent never reaches the Trash), erases [Flow] (829.1.b needs the card in the trash), and leaves 422.1's discard triggers with nowhere to fire from. The list has to be built with none of those.
- ONLY CARDS FROM THE MAIN DECK STILL REACH THE TRASH, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY THE TWIRLER WORKS. The banish clause exempts the Main Deck by name, so [Burn N] is the one route that still stocks the zone. That makes the Twirler's own text — a mill — the engine's only renewable input.
- VEN-002 is one of only two cards in the pool that can mill an OPPONENT, and 431.2.b is why that half is a trap rather than a win condition: the first Burn Out refills their deck out of their own trash. Aim him at yourself and treat the opponent-facing mode as a rounding error.
Steps
- Play Blade Twirler (4 Energy) first, while you still have a hand worth keeping.
- Play Endless Riches (5 Energy + 1 Fury Power). Your hand and trash are banished; [Burn 7] puts seven cards from the top of your Main Deck into the trash.
- From now on you play cards out of your trash, and you skip your Draw Phase (315.4).
- Each turn, make the Blade Twirler's first move (144.2) and choose YOURSELF for the [Burn 1]: one more card into the playable zone, free.
- Watch the Main Deck. 431.1.b plus 431.2.b turn an over-burn into a Burn Out that recycles the trash — your hand — back into the deck, and hands the opponent a point (194.1.d).
Per iteration
+1 playable card per turn from the Blade Twirler's first move, at the cost of one card of Main Deck life
How it ends
engine — a seven-card public hand plus one free card a turn, for as long as the Main Deck lasts; nothing here scores

REFUTE = a refutation pass, with its date and verdict · WOUNDED = the pass found a flaw and the entry was rewritten · BUDGETED = the pass checked the recycle-and-draw ledger · lens = the hunt that proposed it.
AUTHORED 2026-09-07, issue #173. VEN-022 Endless Riches and VEN-002 Blade Twirler were both in ZERO entries. Card text verbatim from data/corpus_flat.txt; 103.1.b.3, 144.2, 194.1.d, 315.4, 422.1, 431.1.b, 431.2.b, 808.1.d, 829.1.b opened in the Core Rules file. Both cards legal in both formats; neither is Signature. No unruled reading. CLAUDE.md already records that Endless Riches is anti-synergic with its own discard lens (#95); this entry is the constructive read of the same card — the banish clause exempts the Main Deck, which is what makes a self-mill its only renewable input.
