Prerequisites
- Zilean and LeBlanc, Everywhere at Once at the scored battlefield; one discard per score. With N Zileans there, one Reflection becomes N+1, each a Zilean: the pilot's recursion is 'each time we score, the number of Zileans doubles, then adds 1'. Deceiver exhausts to make the Reflection and only readies in your Awaken, so this fires once per turn whatever you score. From one hard-cast Zilean the ceiling is 3, 7, 15, 31, 63, 127 — the reported 71 is five to six consecutive uncontested scoring turns with a discard each.
- Bounded by turns, discards and the once-per-turn on each Zilean, and every clone dies with LeBlanc if she leaves — an exponential engine, not a loop.
- R27 RETIRED 2026-09-04 as settled by rules text: the clones are all 0 Might carrying Zilean's Rules Text. 477.1.a lists the inherent traits with no Might and handles Might assignment separately at 477.1.a.1; 477.1.b.1.a lists the copyable traits with no Might; and 185.3.a.2's worked example is this exact card, saying the copy appends 'all copyable traits, including the cost' - cost, not Might. The engine does not care, since the doubling only needs the text, and the closing turn answers it by copying Darius instead.
Steps
- Score with Zilean and LeBlanc at the battlefield: Deceiver makes a Reflection there; Zilean's replacement makes it two; both become Zilean copies.
- Next score: every Zilean at that battlefield doubles the token again. Mirror Image adds another batch, but it plays to your base — those Reflections enter ready, so Standard-Move each of them to LeBlanc's battlefield the same turn or they die at your Beginning Phase (816.1.b), and until they arrive they do not count toward the next multiplier.
- On the closing turn copy Darius, Executioner instead: each Darius gives every other clone +1 Might for the hold or the Grand Plaza count.

Third LeBlanc entry: leblanc-temporary-plaza uses Keeper of Masks for the Plaza count; this one multiplies Zilean instead and needs no Plaza. The Rift Herald variant (one Herald into five) is the same engine with a different copy target. Card text verified against the corpus. HAND-WALKED 2026-09-04 (docs/phase0/walks/2026-09-04-zed-zilean-and-r27.md). Stands on R10 = A (LeBlanc switches off the [Temporary] kill at her battlefield, which is the only thing keeping the board alive) and on R27, retired the same day. Deceiver EXHAUSTS to make the Reflection and readies only in your Awaken (315.1.b), so the engine fires once per turn whatever you score. REFUTE 2 (2026-09-03): WOUNDED — N Zileans give N+1 tokens per play (371.1 caps each once-each-turn replacement at one event), so the 2N+1 recursion is right, but only once per turn (the legend exhausts), Mirror Image's batch lands in base unprotected, and R27 - RETIRED on 2026-09-04 as settled by rules text rather than ruled - does leave every clone at 0 Might: 477.1.b.1.a lists the copyable traits as Name, Super Type, Type, Tags, Cost, Domain and Rules Text, with Might absent, and 477.1.a.1 handles Might assignment in a separate layer. This entry already prices that in - step 3 copies Darius, Executioner precisely to buy the 0-Might clones a Might each. Riot's Unleashed FAQ confirms the bound: copyable, not infinite. REDDIT CITATIONS ARE UNREACHABLE AND NO `accessed` DATE CAN HONESTLY BE STAMPED ON THEM (#137, re-verified 2026-09-14). CLAUDE.md defines `accessed` as "the date somebody on this project opened the url and read it there", so stamping one for a page nobody can open would be a fabrication rather than hygiene. Reddit was re-tested today by three independent routes and all three are shut: plain curl to old.reddit.com returns HTTP 403, www.reddit.com/.json returns HTTP 403 with reddit's own "Blocked" page, and r.jina.ai returns HTTP 200 while RELAYING the 403 in its body - a status-code check on that proxy is a false pass. This entry does not rest on the thread: its verification is the hand walk and the Core Rules paragraphs cited above, and the link is kept as a LEAD, which is the distinction #137 exists to make legible.
