Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Play Skyfall of Areion.
  2. Play Lucian, Merciless and use [Weaponmaster] to equip Skyfall to him for a rainbow less.
  3. Play Trinity Force and leave it unattached.
  4. Play Relentless Pursuit: move Lucian to a battlefield and attach the Trinity Force to him on the way, for no extra Power.
  5. Conquer: the Conquer Scores 1 (469.1), and Skyfall has made Trinity Force's hold effect a conquer effect, so it pays a second point by ability. Relentless Pursuit's grant moves him to base.
  6. 'The first time I conquer each turn, ready me' fires: Standard Move him to the second battlefield (144.4.a) and conquer it for 2 more points.
  7. Next turn, hold what you kept for another 2.

Per iteration

+4 points in one turn: two battlefields, two points each

How it ends

four points a turn - eight across two turns, with the opponent's turn in between, which is why it is not a CHAIN

How this entry was audited

REFUTE = a refutation pass, with its date and verdict · WOUNDED = the pass found a flaw and the entry was rewritten · BUDGETED = the pass checked the recycle-and-draw ledger · lens = the hunt that proposed it.

HAND-WALKED 2026-09-06 (docs/phase0/walks/2026-09-06-issue62-table-of-fourteen.md), issue #62 section 2.6. THE HIGHEST POINT RATE IN THE CATALOGUE THAT IS STILL AN ENGINE, and the class was checked rather than assumed: four points in a turn is enormous and is still not eight in one scoring event (BURST) nor eight before the opponent's next turn (CHAIN). #62's table and the source state the same figure over different windows and both are right. Card text verbatim from data/corpus_flat.txt. Trap check: no attack designation is needed - a Conquer comes from Establishing Control (466.5.d) or from a Showdown (348.2.a.1); no [Repeat]; no [Temporary]; no token; the 'move me to my base' Relentless Pursuit grants IS a move, not a recall, so 456 never applies to it. Depends on R2 (ruled A).
