Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Fizz in hand, Pack of Wonders on the board and ready.
  2. Play Fizz for 3 Energy and 1 Power: his trigger plays a spell of Energy cost 3 or less out of your trash for free (its Power cost is still yours), then recycles it to the bottom of the deck.
  3. Exhaust Pack of Wonders to return Fizz to your hand.
  4. Next turn (or immediately, with a second and third Pack), replay him.

How it ends

engine — one free Energy-cost-3-or-less spell per Pack per turn, at 3E and 1P each, spending no cards

How this entry was audited

REFUTE = a refutation pass, with its date and verdict · WOUNDED = the pass found a flaw and the entry was rewritten · BUDGETED = the pass checked the recycle-and-draw ledger · lens = the hunt that proposed it.

HAND-WALKED 2026-09-04 (docs/phase0/walks/2026-09-04-nine-domain-lens-candidates.md), issue #29. Both texts verified verbatim against data/corpus_flat.txt on 2026-09-04. The pack-of-wonders-replays-a-body synergy pattern is already verified and lists 16 partners; the only catalogued combo on it uses UNL-121 Bewitching Spirit, whose play effect is 'a player discards 1'. Fizz is the strongest Chaos body on that list and was never walked. The third Chaos partner, OGN-196 Soulgorger ('When you play me, you may play a unit from your trash, ignoring its Energy cost'), is the same structure with units instead of spells and is still uncatalogued. PRODUCES IS EMPTY ON PURPOSE — data/features.json has no outcome for 'free replay out of the trash' and is capped at ~20 entries by design. Trap check: no [Temporary]; units enter exhausted and the entry says so; no attack trigger; no rune recycled. WALK: holds after a rewrite. The recycle-vs-banish distinction is the entry's best point and is correct (416.1/416.1.a against 829.1.b.1). But the cap was overstated as a fact of the pool: 'nothing readies a gear' is true of the 211 Chaos cards and false of the pool, and SFD-221 Veiled Temple is COLORLESS, so it fits this very deck and buys a second cycle on a conquer. This also narrows the structural claim in the L7 document's N1. [2026-09-06, #157: tagged card-advantage-engine after all — by then the catalogue had been using that value for free replays out of the trash (last-rites-lunar-boon-trash-recursion, kennen-stargazer-arena-flow), so the precedent in the file beat this note.]
