204.3.a makes the Reaper's Fury a FINALIZATION cost, and 312.2.c leaves no window to find it — so a 0-Energy Seal is the whole answer
Pieces

Exhaust: [Reaction] — [Add] 1 Fury Power. (Abilities that add resources can't be reacted to.)

Deck
- Mono-Fury, so any of the sixteen legend names carrying Fury holds it (103.1.b.1): Daughter of the Void (OGN-247), Relentless Storm (OGN-249), Loose Cannon (OGN-251), Hand of Noxus (OGN-253), Dark Child - Starter (OGS-017), Mechanized Menace (SFD-181), Purifier (SFD-183), Glorious Executioner (SFD-185), Void Burrower (SFD-187), Virtuoso (UNL-181), Pridestalker (UNL-183), Bloodharbor Ripper (UNL-185), Piltover Enforcer (UNL-187), Rogue Assassin (VEN-139), Butcher of the Sands (VEN-141), Master of Shadows (VEN-143).
- The Seal played a turn early, since its ability costs its own exhaust and 415.3.a only readies it in your Awakening.
Prerequisites
- THE FURY IS A BASE COST, NOT A DECISION YOU MAKE LATER, AND 204.3.a IS THE CLEAN CITATION: 'When Costs within Instructions appear as the first part of the effect in triggered abilities, the cost is taken to be the base cost of the triggered ability. It must be paid to finalize the triggered ability', with Overzealous Fan as its worked example. So the Reaper's Power has to exist at the instant the attack trigger is placed (464.2.c.3), not when it resolves.
- AND THERE IS NO WINDOW TO GO AND GET IT. 312.2.c: 'When the turn is in a Closed State, all pending chain items finish being finalized, and they control the next item on the Chain' — nobody receives priority between the trigger being placed and being finalized. A player who plans to 'tap for it in response' has misread the card; the Power must already be in the Rune Pool when the attack is declared.
- WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT A 0-ENERGY POWER SOURCE IS FOR. The Seal costs no Energy at all, so it takes a deck slot and one Fury Power once and returns one every turn thereafter (415.3.a: 'A player Readies all non-spell Game Objects they Control during the Awakening Phase on their turn'). Against a Reaper that wants one Fury every combat, that is a one-card answer that never competes with the turn's Energy.
- THE SEAL'S [REACTION] IS THE HALF THAT MATTERS ELSEWHERE. 381 confines Activated Abilities to 'the Controlling Player's Turn and during an Open State' unless the ability carries [Action] or [Reaction]; 813.1.c.2 spells the exception out — 'On Activated Abilities: "This can be activated during Closed States on any player's turn."' So the same Seal banks Fury Power for off-turn [Reaction] cards, which is a second job the Reaper does not need and a deck does.
- AND THE PRINTED REMINDER IS 429.2. 'Triggered and activated abilities that Add resources resolve as soon as they are finalized', with 429.2.a: 'Priority and Focus will not pass from Add abilities being finalized or resolving, and will resolve before any other outstanding items on the chain are finalized.' That is why the card says 'Abilities that add resources can't be reacted to' — the Power is in your pool before anyone can respond to the activation.
- 167 IS THE ONLY CLOCK ON IT, AND IT DOES NOT BITE HERE: the Rune Pool empties at the START of your Main Phase and at the END of your turn, and the attack happens inside the Main Phase — so a Seal tapped before you move keeps its Power live through the combat.
- THE ARITHMETIC IS SMALL AND SAYS SO: Might 4 becomes 6 while attacking (807.1.c, and 807.2 sums it with any other grant). It is a per-turn rider paid for by a card that costs no Energy, not a scaling engine.
Steps
- Play Seal of Rage (0 Energy + 1 Fury Power). It is live from your next Awakening (415.3.a).
- Play Baccai Reaper (3 Energy + 1 Fury Power).
- On a later turn, in your Main Phase and BEFORE declaring the attack, exhaust the Seal: [Add] one Fury Power (429.2, resolved immediately and unreactable).
- Move the Reaper in (144.2, 144.4). 464.2.c.3 designates him the Attacker and places his trigger.
- 204.3.a requires the Fury Power to finalize that trigger, and 312.2.c gives nobody a window in between — the Power you banked in step 3 pays it.
- He fights at Might 6 (807.1.c). 415.3.a readies the Seal at your next Awakening and the whole thing repeats.
Per iteration
one Fury Power generated and spent per turn, for +2 Might while attacking and no Energy at all
How it ends
engine — one Fury Power a turn from a 0-Energy card, and a 6-Might attacker every turn instead of a 4-Might one; nothing here scores

OGN-040 Seal of Rage and VEN-009 Baccai Reaper were both in ZERO entries. Seal of Rage has TWO base codes (OGN-040 and SFD-222, same name and type), which CardIndex.equivalents already bridges. Card text verbatim from data/corpus_flat.txt; 103.1.b.1, 144.2, 144.4, 167, 204.3.a, 312.2.c, 377.1, 381, 415.3.a, 429.2, 429.2.a, 464.2.c.3, 807.1.c, 807.2, 813.1.c.2 opened in the Core Rules file. 204.3.a is used here in preference to 383.3.b, which says the same thing later — the catalogue's own note is that 204.3.a is the cleaner source and carries its own worked example. No unruled reading.
