Deck
- Both cards are mono-Order, so 103.1.b.3 admits any legend with Order in its pair: SFD-201/SFD-249 Chem-Baroness, UNL-199/UNL-235 Deceiver, SFD-197/SFD-247 Emperor of the Sands, VEN-147/VEN-193 Eye of Twilight, SFD-205/SFD-251 Grand Duelist, UNL-195/UNL-233 Green Father, OGN-253/OGN-302 Hand of Noxus, VEN-155/VEN-197 Heart of the Tempest, OGN-265/OGN-308 Herald of the Arcane, UNL-203/UNL-237 Keeper of the Hammer, OGS-021 Lady of Luminosity, VEN-153/VEN-196 Matriarch of War, OGS-023 Might of Demacia - Starter, UNL-187/UNL-229 Piltover Enforcer, OGN-261/OGN-306 Radiant Dawn, OGN-269/OGN-310 The Boss, SFD-187/SFD-243 Void Burrower.
Prerequisites
- THE SEAL IS A SECOND SOURCE OF POWER, NOT A SECOND RUNE, AND THAT IS WHY IT MATTERS. 161.2.a caps the board at twelve runes and 315.3.b channels only two a turn, so a rune-based Power curve is fixed. The Seal sits outside that cap entirely: it is a gear, it costs no Energy, and it adds an Order Power every turn from the moment it has paid for itself.
- AND IT IS [REACTION] POWER, WHICH IS THE HALF THE PROJECT HAS MEASURED AS SCARCE. 415.3.a readies a player's Game Objects only 'during the Awakening Phase on their turn', so a rune exhausted on your turn is dead for all of the opponent's; the Seal is exhausted when you choose, including inside a showdown on their turn (813.1.b gives [Reaction] all of Action's permissions). Three Seals are three Order Power available at Reaction speed with no rune held back.
- GRAND STRATEGEM PAYS NO DEFLECT TAX AND THAT IS WORTH STATING, because the pool's other mass effects are the reason: 809.1.c charges 'for each time they choose' a [Deflect] permanent, and 355.10.d exempts anything 'programmatically selected based on its characteristics rather than chosen'. 'Give friendly units +5 Might' chooses nothing, so a board of five bodies costs exactly E6 + 3 Order Power and not a rainbow more.
- +5 MIGHT ON EVERY BODY IS A COMBAT NUMBER, NOT A SCORING ONE: 465.2.c sums each side's Might for the damage assignment, so five bodies is +25 to the sum, and 143.2.a then kills on nonzero damage equalling or exceeding Might. Nothing in the pool converts Might size into points except OGN-034 Tryndamere's excess-damage threshold, so this entry produces resources and combat, never a score.
- IT IS A MODIFIER AND NOT A BUFF, so 702.3's one-buff-per-unit cap does not touch it and it stacks with an actual buff on the same body — the same distinction the project draws for Soul Shepherd's static and Lee Sin, Centered.
- 167 EMPTIES THE RUNE POOL at the start of each Main Phase and the end of each turn, so the Seal's Power is added in the window it is spent in and never banked across a phase.
Steps
- Play Seal of Unity (E0 + 1 Order Power). It costs no Energy, so it can land on any turn without competing with the rest of the curve.
- From your next turn it is ahead: exhaust it for an Order Power (429.2 resolves the Add as soon as it is finalized, and 429.2.a means nobody can respond), and 315.1.b readies it every Awakening.
- Play the second and third copies. Three Seals are three Order Power a turn on top of whatever the runes provide, and none of them counts against 161.2.a's twelve-rune cap.
- Cast Grand Strategem (E6 + 3 Order Power) — the three Power the Seals supply — as an [Action], which 806.1.b lets you do inside a showdown as well as in your Main Phase.
- Every friendly unit gets +5 Might this turn. Nothing is chosen, so 355.10.d means no Deflect Value is paid on any of them, and 465.2.c sums the result for the combat damage assignment.
Per iteration
one Order Power per Seal per turn, at Reaction speed, outside the twelve-rune cap
How it ends
engine only — three Power a turn from three Seals, and three castings of Grand Strategem (103.2.b); it scores nothing, and 167 means the Power is spent in the window it is made

How this entry was audited
REFUTE = a refutation pass, with its date and verdict · WOUNDED = the pass found a flaw and the entry was rewritten · BUDGETED = the pass checked the recycle-and-draw ledger · lens = the hunt that proposed it.
HAND-WALKED 2026-09-07, issue #180 — the first entry to use OGN-245 or OGN-233. Card text verbatim from data/corpus_flat.txt. The Seal is the Order counterpart of a card the project already treats as the Mind deck's Power base, and it had never been catalogued. Trap check: 161.2.a is cited so the Seal is not confused with a rune and not counted against the cap; 415.3.a and 813.1.b are cited so the Reaction-speed claim is real; 355.10.d and 809.1.c are cited so the mass pump's freedom from the Deflect tax is a rule and not an assumption; 702.3 is cited so the +5 is not mistaken for a buff; 167 is cited so nothing is banked; the entry states plainly that Might does not convert to points.
