Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Fire Below the Mountain is the legend; Ornn, Blacksmith is the Chosen Champion. Play him (5 Energy + 1 Power) or hold with him to look at the top 4 and draw the Deathcrown if it is there; the rest recycle to the bottom.
  2. Play Rabadon's Deathcrown for 4 Energy + 2 Power, then [Equip] it to Teemo — exhaust the legend for the rainbow, so the attach is free. Teemo is now Might 5 and every spell and ability of yours deals 3 Bonus Damage.
  3. Stand Teemo at a battlefield you control.
  4. On your Main Phase, play Charm for 1 Energy + 1 Power and move an enemy unit to that battlefield (355.4 lets you choose the destination). 190.3.a.1 and 450 apply Contested in their name.
  5. The Cleanup stages (323.9) and opens (323.13) the Combat. 464.2.c.1/c.2 make them the Attacker and you the Defender; 464.2.c.3 designates Teemo; 383.4.f fires and 464.2.e.1 + 340.1 resolve it first.
  6. Reveal 5. If k carry [Hidden], deal k + 3 to the chosen unit (715.1, 714). If k is 0, deal nothing at all — 715.4 is Riot's own worked example on this exact pair. Recycle all five to the bottom.

Per iteration

4.70 damage on average and 8 at the ceiling to one chosen enemy unit per Defend Trigger, for 1 Energy + 1 Power a Charm once the Deathcrown is attached

How it ends

engine only — three Charms are three forced triggers a game, plus one per enemy attack into Teemo's battlefield; nothing here scores a point

HAND-WALKED 2026-09-06 (docs/phase0/walks/2026-09-06-issue141-teemo-strategist-reveal.md), issue #141 candidate 2. VERIFIED as ENGINE, but THE ISSUE'S SHELL WAS ILLEGAL AS WRITTEN and it never checked the Signature supertype: SFD-191 Rabadon's Deathcrown is signature: true tagged Ornn, and 103.2.d.2 forces the deck onto the pool's only Ornn legend, SFD-189 Fire Below the Mountain. That legend is Calm/Mind, so the identity the issue guessed survives — and it pays Rabadon's [Equip] rainbow for free, once a turn, on either player's turn (813.1.c.2). The same rule costs the shell a card the issue counted: OGN-256 Fox-Fire is Signature tagged Ahri, so Calm/Mind holds 14 unbanned [Hidden] cards, not 15. Four more things the walk adds: SFD-058 Ornn, Blacksmith is a legal Chosen Champion here and digs 4 for the single Unique gear (a dig, not a tutor — 416.1.a/416.5 bottom the rest); OGN-043 Charm answers the issue's own 'the opponent can decline to attack' objection for 1 Energy + 1 Power, because 190.3.a.1 and 450 key Contested on the moved unit's controller; the issue's open question about the gear surviving the body is answered by 435.1.c + 435.4.b + 435.4.a (it detaches, is recalled to base, and costs one rainbow to re-equip); and the arithmetic is E = 1.92 / P(0) = 7.38% / E[damage] = 4.70 against a shuffled 39, not the issue's 2.1 / 5.4% against 36 (103.2 counts the Chosen Champion inside the 40 and 103.2.a.1 removes it). Riot's 715.4 example, which names this exact pair, was opened and quoted in full: a whiff is 0, not 0 + 3. SFD-190 Forgefire Cape is recorded as a notable rather than a sixth card, and the entry deliberately does NOT claim Rabadon's +3 applies per unit to it — 715.2 speaks of multiple TARGETS and 355.10.d says 'all enemy units here' are not targets; no numbered reading was filed, the claim was scoped instead. Ban check against data/legality.json: none of the five carries a marker in either format. Trap check: no Attacker designation is claimed for your own units; no [Repeat]; no [Temporary]; no token; no recall of your own; nothing scores. Depends on no unruled reading.
