When you play a card with Power cost 2 Power of any domain or more, draw 1.

Payoff
Deck
- Any legend whose domains include Body. Yordle Explorer is mono-Body and Punch First is mono-Body, so the second domain is free.
Prerequisites
- 206 makes the threshold read the PRINTED cost, and the rule's worked example is this exact wording on Lux, Illuminated: no discount, no [Hidden] play and no cost-ignoring effect can switch it off. This is the opposite behaviour to the 'if you spent N or more' family (Revna, Virtuoso, Jhin Meticulous, Sivir Mercenary, Prepared Neophyte, Forgotten Library), which any discount kills.
- It counts CARDS. 350.2 keeps tokens out of the word, and they carry no printed cost in any case, so no token engine feeds it.
- The fuel is measured, and it is a per-legend number, not one number. 83 base codes in the pool carry a printed Power cost of 2 or more; Domain Identity (103.1.b) makes the usable share depend on the legend's second domain — Body/Fury 22, Body/Mind 22, Body/Calm 26, Body/Chaos 29, Body/Order 29. Body/Mind has exactly one legend (VEN-149 Defender of Tomorrow).
- The free 2 Power per turn is why the floor costs 1 Energy: 164.2.b ('Recycle this: [Reaction] — Add [C]') carries no exhaust, so a rune already spent for Energy still pays, and 315.3.b / 430.4.a channel 2 back before the next Main Phase. A SECOND P2 card in the same turn is paid with runes that do not come back, so the sustainable rate is one guaranteed draw per turn plus whatever the deck's own curve already spends Power on. CORRECTED 2026-10-24 (#456): not at the next Channel Phase. 416.1 puts a recycled rune on the bottom of the Rune Deck (416.1.b) and 430.1 channels from the top, so 315.3.b's two a turn are the runes above it, which the board gets whether or not anything was recycled. With only those two a turn (161.2.a, 315.3.b, 485.7), a rune recycled on any of T1 to T6 is back on T7 going first; going second the first one recycled by T5 is back on T6 and the second on T7; each two more recycled push it a turn later, and a card that channels more (430.2) brings it back sooner. Only once the Rune Deck is empty (all twelve out, T6 at the earliest from either seat) does the next Channel Phase give a recycled rune back; before that a recycle is a rune short on every turn until the deck runs dry, and two recycled every turn hold the board flat at two going first. So the 'free 2 Power' pays one P2 card a turn by holding the board flat, which is free only once the Rune Deck is empty; before that each such card is two runes of the curve short on every turn until the deck runs dry. 'Runes that do not come back' for the second card is wrong the other way: they come back too, later. The draw trigger is unaffected and status unchanged; the price is higher before the deck runs dry.
- It is an engine per TURN, not per pass (#63). Inside a loop, 2 Power at the ~9-Energy-per-Power rate is worse than Renata Mastermind's '1 Energy + 1 Mind Power: Draw 1', and none of the five cards of the lux-infinite-energy pass (OGN-085, UNL-165, UNL-173, OGN-212, OGN-110) has a printed Power cost of 2, so it never fires there. #59's wall also applies: with the Main Deck empty an unpaid extra draw is a Burn Out (431.1.a) and a point for the opponent (194.1.d).
Steps
- Land Yordle Explorer (E4). 143.4 enters him exhausted, but the trigger needs no exhaust, so it is live from the moment he is on the board.
- Recycle two runes for 2 Power (164.2.b, no exhaust in the cost) and play Punch First for 1 Energy: draw 1, and give a unit +5 Might this turn for free.
- 315.3.b channels the two runes back in the next Channel Phase, so the deck is where it started. CORRECTED 2026-10-24 (#456): not at the next Channel Phase. A recycled rune goes to the bottom of the Rune Deck (416.1, 416.1.b) and 430.1 channels from the top, so it is back on T7 at the earliest going first and T6 at the earliest going second with only the Channel Phase's two a turn (161.2.a, 315.3.b, 485.7); each two more recycled push it a turn later, a card that channels more (430.2) brings it back sooner, and the next Channel Phase gives it back only once the Rune Deck is empty. The board count is where it started, but two runes behind the unspent curve on every turn until the Rune Deck runs dry.
- Every other card the deck plays with a printed Power cost of 2 or more draws as well — 22 to 29 of them are in domain depending on the legend.
Per iteration
-1 Energy and the turn's two free Power for +1 card; every further printed-P2 card the deck plays draws on top. CORRECTED 2026-10-25 (#461): the two Power are free only once the Rune Deck is empty (T6 at the earliest from either seat). Before that each iteration also holds the board where it is for the turn, two runes of the curve short on every turn until the deck runs dry (416.1.b, 430.1).
How it ends
engine only — one guaranteed extra card per turn for 1 Energy, plus one per printed-2-Power card the deck was playing anyway; nothing here scores

WALKED 2026-09-06 (docs/phase0/walks/2026-09-06-this-turn-lens.md). REWRITTEN from issue #98's candidate C2, whose fuel count ('82 cards with printed Power >= 2; 18 legal in Body') is not a well-formed number: measured over data/cards.json one row per base code it is 83 cards, and 'legal in Body' is a subset test against the legend's TWO domains (103.1.b), so the honest figure is the five per-pair counts in the notable, whose floor is 22. Punch First was promoted from an example to a declared ingredient because the anchor alone produces nothing. The refutation the issue wrote against itself is kept verbatim in the last notable, because it is correct. RENAMED 2026-10-25 (#461): the name was 'Yordle Explorer — every printed 2-Power card draws, and the free 2 Power pays one outright'. The floor pays one P2 card a turn by holding the board flat, which is free only once the Rune Deck is empty (the #456 correction to the second step and the #461 corrections to the first ingredient's note and to netPerIteration).
